Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accept a return. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or the return is required as a result of an error on our part.

Returned goods should be securely packaged and, wherever possible, returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

Please ensure that the delivery information provided when placing your order is complete and accurate.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is subsequently returned to Mog3Wheeler Limited, the original shipping costs and any additional return shipping charges may not be refundable where the failed delivery results from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information being provided;
  • The carrier being unable to contact the recipient for information required to complete delivery;
  • Import duties, taxes or other charges remaining unpaid;
  • No one being available to accept the delivery after the carrier has made the appropriate delivery attempts; or
  • The recipient no longer being available at the delivery address provided.

Please be aware that when a carrier is required to return an undelivered international shipment, the return shipping charge can be considerably higher than the original delivery charge. Where such charges arise as a result of the circumstances above, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred from any refund due.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Mog3Wheeler Limited as soon as possible so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
