Terms of service
1. About Us
This website is operated by Mog3Wheeler Ltd, trading as Mog3Wheeler.
Company number: 17434708
Registered office: Westwood Road, Sheffield
Registered in: England and Wales
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, colours, sizes and prices are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.
3. Orders
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we confirm that the products have been dispatched or otherwise confirm our acceptance of your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, a genuine pricing or product information error, stock unavailability or circumstances which mean that we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount paid.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency where available.
Delivery charges and any other charges payable to us will be shown before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before accepting or processing the order.
5. Cancellations and Returns
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within a specified period.
For UK consumers, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods where we have informed them of this before purchase.
Where required by law, we will refund the price paid for the goods together with the cost of our standard delivery service. Additional amounts paid for an enhanced or express delivery service are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery service.
Further information about cancellations, returns and refunds is provided in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, is defective, is not as described or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and product images, is owned by or licensed to Mog3Wheeler Ltd.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services, which may include Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and analytics providers.
Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
9. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, provided that this does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Such events may include severe weather or natural disasters, industrial action, government action, major disruption to transport networks, telecommunications or internet failures, or other exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay and keep you informed where appropriate.
10. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why and how we use it, who we may share it with and your rights in relation to your personal information.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applicable to your purchase will normally be those in effect when you placed your order. Any later changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order we have already accepted.
The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website.
