S&S X-Wedge Complete Engine Gasket & Seal Set – Morgan 3 Wheeler

With the original OE gasket set no longer available from S&S, we have developed what we believe is one of the most comprehensive gasket and seal sets available for the S&S X-Wedge engine.

Designed for the X-Wedge engine as fitted to custom US motorcycles and all versions of the Morgan 3 Wheeler, this comprehensive kit brings together the gaskets, seals and O-rings required for a major engine rebuild or comprehensive overhaul.

With considerable experience in gasket design, materials and manufacture, we produce all of our gasket sets here in the UK. We use carefully selected, high-quality gasket materials and premium lip seals to ensure the correct specification and reliable sealing performance.

The kit includes:

• 4 × Valve stem oil seals
• 3 × Camshaft lip seals
• 1 × Intermediate cam chest gasket, including silicone beading
• 1 × Crankshaft front oil seal

Developed specifically for the X-Wedge

Rather than supplying a collection of generic replacement gaskets, we have selected the correct materials, thicknesses and seal specifications for the X-Wedge engine.

The cylinder head gaskets, for example, are manufactured from the appropriate composite material and incorporate a stainless steel flame ring for reliable sealing around the combustion chamber.

This makes the kit an ideal choice for engine rebuilds, major servicing and restoration of the Morgan 3 Wheelerwhere the original S&S gasket set is no longer available.
