Morgan 3 Wheeler - 'Bleazey' S&S X-Wedge Engine Timing Belt Idler Kit

A reliability upgrade for the S&S X-Wedge engine, designed by Phil Bleazey and manufactured exclusively by us.

The original timing belt idler pulleys use a single-race ball bearing. Under load, this allows the pulley to run at an incorrect angle, which can cause the timing belt to move away from the centre of the pulley and contribute to premature wear or failure of the pulley and belt.

This upgrade replaces the original bearing with a sealed angular-contact bearing, designed to handle both radial and axial loads. This provides substantially better support for the pulley, helping maintain correct alignment and keep the timing belt running centrally under load.

• 2 × Circlips

Each kit is pre-assembled before despatch for easier installation.
